The agency owns three ranch style homes in typical neighborhoods located in Somerset and Westport, and also rents apartments in the Border City Mills complex in Fall River. The ranch homes have two or three individuals living together with support while additional supports are also available to single individuals in apartments of their own at the Border City Mills apartments for those wishing to live alone. All homes have interior and exterior updates to include central air, backup emergency generators, and in case of the apartments, sprinkler systems and indoor heated pool. Some individuals have lived in their same homes for over 35 years.
